Description
This beautiful property, 5 minutes from the centre of Estremoz, has a total of 61 hectares, is easily accessible and has a privileged view of the Serra D'Ossa.
There are 40 hectares of vineyards in production, irrigated, on clay-limestone soil. This has produced a wine that is well known and appreciated by the Portuguese.

An old 2-hectare quarry embellishes the property as it has abundant water from a natural spring and rainwater. It is 6 metres deep.

On the property there are 2 Montes (old houses), one of which is used to support the staff with a gross area of 197m2 and the other in need of restoration with 183m2.
In addition to the vineyard there is a traditional olive grove of about 10 hectares.
The property is 10 minutes from the A6 motorway and 5 minutes from the centre of Estremoz.
