It is an area of streams that flow into the Paraguay River, from which it is 44 kilometers away in a straight line. One of the streams passes through the property, guaranteeing water all year round. ACCESS: Access is via paved road to kilometer 340 of Route PY09, and from there via a dirt road (well maintained by a road commission), 105 kilometers northeast, passing through a livestock farm area. To access this earthwork road, a toll is paid, the proceeds of which are used for road maintenance, with varying rates depending on the size of the vehicle being used. Road maintenance is managed by a commission made up of local ranchers, which keeps a record of the identification of people and vehicles using this route. Furthermore, on rainy days, traffic is prohibited unless it is a duly verified emergency. Penalties are imposed on those who violate the rules governing use of this road, providing greater security and peace of mind to local producers. SHAPE AND MEASUREMENTS: The ranch is rectangular, measuring 15 kilometers on its longest side and 4.3 kilometers on its shortest side. Several reservoirs need cleaning and deepening. Shallow wells with depths of up to 20 meters extract drinking water. CLIMATE The area's climate endures cold temperatures with minimums of 3 degrees Celsius and maximums of up to 48 degrees in summer. FIELD SUITABILITY It is an ideal field for the implementation of livestock pastures or even for the implementation of forest species.
