Description
The Winery consists of a main house that is spread over 3 levels for about 650 square meters. On the ground floor we find a large and comfortable kitchen, flanked by two pantries, laundry, then dining room and service bathroom. On the first floor, which can be accessed both internally and externally, we find a large open-plan living room divided into several rooms, from a study, living room, hallway, living room with fireplace, and two bedrooms, each with private bathroom. Finally, on the top floor, another cozy living room leads to the 3 bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom. The second house consists of a large living room with pool table, bathroom, and then access to the gym, and relaxation area with sauna, Turkish bath, and indoor heated pool. Finally, on the upper floor we find a hallway, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. From the cellar there is direct access to the main farmhouse through a beautiful tunnel equipped with skylights.
The last farmhouse consists of an upstairs apartment with kitchen, 6 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, and on the lower floor the entire cellar is developed, divided between tasting area, winemaking area, barrel aging area, and from the laboratory with tanks and complete with all the equipment and state-of-the-art machinery. The laboratory is completed by warehouses and offices.

The farm is surrounded by a large, well-kept park with barbecue areas, an oven and a tennis court, as well as various parking areas. Also part of the property is land divided into 12 hectares of vineyard, 2 hectares of olive grove, 9 hectares of woodland and 7 hectares of arable land.
