The eighteenth-century noble villa, of about 1300 square meters, is spread over three levels and still preserves its eighteenth-nineteenth-century architectural features intact. The former Cavallerizza completely renovated of about 720 m2 on two levels divided as follows: the ground floor used as warehouses, for the benefit of the cellar, the tavern and direct sales and the first floor completely renovated and finished which houses Creta Osteria and a large multifunctional space for tastings and events;
A winter garden, a multifunctional space, about 50 m2, glass used mainly for events and tastings.
The former Limonaia, now a completely glass multifunctional space of 74 m2 used to welcome customers for visits in the cellar as well as the tastings and the direct sale of company products.
The Villa Magi Diligenti park has an extension of about 1.3 and combines ancient sculptures, fountains, decorative rocks, a historic aviary and a small loggia with temple-style columns. The vegetation including yews, plane trees, wisteria and boxwood creates a well-kept but spontaneous environment, with shade, seasonal colors and romantic atmospheres.
