- Estimated return of 5 to 6%, but not guaranteed. This return is expected when the building reaches maturity with optimal occupancy and ADR rates (year 2 or 3). 50/50 split of revenues between owner and operator, with approximately 15/85 of costs in favor of the owner. Clients can choose the length of their stay.
It is also possible to live in your own apartment, without having to rent it out.
It should be noted that Ando Living Santos Townhouse customers will be able to use the amenities of the other Ando Clubs throughout Portugal and Europe: gym, swimming pool, communal leisure areas, restaurants, bars and stores.
