The farmland includes a vineyard (10.5 ha) with Sangiovese, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Ciliegiolo varieties that are used in the production of excellent Toscana IGT wines. The theoretical production based on the Disciplinare could reach 180,000 bottles of wine annually.
The rest of the farm is covered to varying degrees by arable land (38.2 ha), pastures (2.7 ha) and woods (7.3 ha) distributed mainly on the north side of the property along the river.
