The outbuilding next to the main house can be used as a wellness area or children's playroom.

The lighting was designed and equipped by Lumentart - Dean Skira. All installed lights are designer pieces. The furniture was made to order in Italy, while the exterior window frames are made of high-quality Austrian larch wood. Old oak beams and boards were used for the ceiling cladding and all window frames are stone and original.
In the garden, the paths are paved with old slate slabs, and the stone pillars at the entrances and the stairs are solid and made to order by Kamen Pazin. The old well has been restored and is in working order, as is the open fire with the original stove in the main house.
