Obidos Villas Luz is a project of 16 energy efficient villas at Portugal's Silvercoast.
This new build bungalow villas in the OBIDOS VILLAS LUZ project in the center of Santa Maria, Sao Pedro e Sobral da Lagoa known as BAIRRO SENHORA DA LUZ have 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a private garden, a private swimming pool, a BBQ area and a carport.
The villas have one or two floors, but with it's construction area of 145 m², it offers a lot of space. The bungalow is energy efficient build, based on the ICF Plastbau Suisse patented construction method.
Standard the hot water system is based on solar panels. Additional a solar photovoltaic panels installation is included in the price.
The finishings are based on high standard products.
For each finishing category the customer has a budget to spend, and can decide what's his preference.
