On entering the Finca through the main front doors you come into the reception/longe area go to your right and enter through the main double bedroom doors and you will find the original window alcove frame wooden panels and seating area hundreds of years old inside with all the original beams there's also a dressing table area, large wardrobe, and storage area
Once passed the reception/living area you enter the dining/study area still with all the original beams then go through traditional Spanish double glass panelled doors into the breakfast area, then turn right into a large well equipped kitchen with portable centre worktop with open shelves for storage. Then there's a large shower wet room W/C adjacent to the breakfast area.
You then go through the kitchen doors into the Courtyard that comprises of a pergola seating relaxing area surrounded by a tree/herb/flower gravel shingle bed with mature fruit trees, roses, herbs and vegetables.
Looking across you will see the studio apartment with a seats and a table outside, inside you will see a modern, new build apartment with a double bed, rainbow shower enclosure, WC, dining area, lounge area, kitchen area all cooking appliances including fridge freezer, ceramic hob and TV are brand new under guarantees.
