The palace is from the 1600s with modifications in the 1800s, documented by historical archives. The street entrance in its simplicity and understatement does not presage the particularity of the interior volumes and leads to the penthouse via easy stairs and no elevator.
Access to the apartment is via 2 entrances at the top of a private wooden staircase dating back to the 1800s. The main door of the house leads to the large living room, with 5m ceilings and brick vaults, lit by tall windows that let in natural light needed for the former sculpture workshop. A large and dramatic carved wooden fireplace dating from the late 1800s towers in the hall. A high doorway leads to the dining room with panoramic windows overlooking the 16th-century church to a glimpse of the Capitol bell tower.
Behind the living room a spacious master bedroom with 3 windows and glimpses toward the baroque facade of the church, spacious built-in closets and bathroom with tub and overlooking the private terrace.
The service entrance to the house, leads directly into the kitchen with adjacent laundry room and an exit to the service terrace.

The house's restoration choices made sure to preserve the Roman soul of the house and its authentic atmosphere, making those who live there feel that they are in Rome. The palazzetto is also characterized by a sober classical elegance but with eclectic elements typical of historical stratification.
