Description
Villa SENSE is also a reflection of light. The project harnesses the sun's movement to create unique moments throughout the day. A west-facing courtyard captures the golden afternoon light, reflected in a sheet of water designed to amplify that feeling of warmth and beauty. Nothing is accidental: every detail responds to a precise analysis of the environment. More than integration, Villa SENSE settles into the land. Like a body finding its place in the world, the architecture here doesn't invade, but rather adapts, rests, and becomes a natural extension of the landscape. The residence's design doesn't follow a rigid axis, but rather gently adapts to the terrain. The building rotates in search of the best views, the most favorable solar orientation. This rotation creates a fluid and organic gesture that gives rise to the curve as the project's central element. The curve is not decorative; it is a natural consequence of the process of adapting to the site. From there, the entire visual language is built around the circular shape: the pool, the atrium, the courtyards. Each element responds to a common logic, to an architectural tone that remains consistent throughout the whole. This is how we understand architecture: as a serene and conscious response to the place.
