The number of residential units for a residential building type A depends on the construction method, namely:
(a) a maximum of three (3) apartments for a detached building
(b) a maximum of two (2) apartments for a semi-detached building
(c) a maximum of one (1) apartment per terraced building.
The plan allows the construction of residential buildings of type A and B in all settlements of Pašman Municipality.
The basic conditions for the construction of a type B residential building are as follows:
max. construction (gross) area of all above-ground floors is 450 m2 (up to 600 m2 with auxiliary buildings).
