To ensure full and timely compliance with the obligations assumed, the Lessee shall provide the following alternative guarantees, as agreed in the Special Part of the Contract:
a) Security deposit equivalent to ___ rents;
b) Joint and several guarantor(s), natural or legal person, waiving the benefit of prior execution;
c) Bank guarantee payable on first demand or surety bond (when applicable);
d) Security deposit (if applicable under local law).
The guarantees must be presented by the Lessee by the date of delivery of the property and remain valid throughout the term of the contract, including any renewals.
