Description
Within the T37-1 project, in the heart of Milan’s Tortona District, emerges an exclusive collection of Special Units — bespoke residences distinguished by their scenographic architecture, soaring interior heights, private outdoor spaces, and an exceptional level of comfort and privacy.
This residence, spread across three levels — the fifth, fourth, and sixth floors — stands out for its fluid spatial layout and the high degree of privacy it ensures.
The fifth floor, which serves as the main entrance, opens into an elegant reception area that introduces the living spaces below. On this level lies the first sleeping area, composed of two double bedrooms, one featuring an en suite bathroom, along with a complete guest bathroom.
From here, one descends to the lower floor, partially double-height, where the main living area unfolds — a generous open space with living and dining zones, enhanced by a continuous glazed wall, and a spacious kitchen connected to a functional laundry room. A second sleeping area, designed to ensure maximum privacy, hosts a master suite with walk-in wardrobe and private bathroom, as well as a single bedroom with closet and private facilities. Completing this level are a guest powder room and a secluded terrace.
The top floor, with independent access, is entirely devoted to outdoor living. A panoramic terrace of generous dimensions is designed to accommodate a hydromassage pool, sun deck, and a covered pergola that defines both the relaxation area and the alfresco dining space with an outdoor kitchen.
Originally designed by Matteo Thun and reinterpreted by Stefano Belingardi Architects, T37-1 stands as a model of avant-garde residential architecture, where sustainability, design, and construction quality converge in one of Milan’s most iconic creative districts.
The Special Units embody the project’s most exclusive essence — conceived for those seeking independent, refined, and architecturally distinctive spaces.
