Description
The estate spans 563 hectares and is located in the province of Jaén.
Access is excellent, situated just 35 minutes by car from the A-4, via paved roads except for a final stretch of well-maintained dirt road. The property is fully enclosed with game fencing, has no servitude paths, and is equipped with electricity and an authorized, fully operational water well.
Two rivers cross the estate, maintaining water year-round, which ensures full access for wildlife. The ecosystem is characteristic of Sierra Morena, with extensive dehesa areas ideal for grazing and with significant livestock potential, for which the relevant permits are already in place.
These features make the estate an optimal habitat for hunting activities and for enjoying nature. It benefits from current management plans for both big and small game, as well as a forest fire prevention plan. The property hosts stable populations of red deer, fallow deer, mouflon, and wild boar, as well as smaller species such as partridges and thrushes.
At the center of the property is a well-maintained complex of buildings, including a main house, caretaker’s house, agricultural shed, garage, kennels, chicken coop, and various auxiliary structures.
