We are selling the once bustling Pian del Grisa Campsite, located 300 m above sea level, just above the beautiful city of Trieste. The city of Trieste has been developing rapidly in the last few years and is becoming one of the top tourist destinations.
Pian del Grisa Campsite is located just a few kilometers from the center of Trieste, on the border between the Mediterranean and the Karst plateau, 300 meters above sea level near Prosecco and Opcina.
The camp is spread over more than 28,000 m2 of land. The camp has 80 flat plots available, each with an average area of 120 m2. 30 plots are equipped with sewage connections, as they can be connected to mobile homes.
The property also includes sports fields with drainage surfaces, specifically a basketball/volleyball court, two tennis courts, two concrete table tennis tables and a large swimming pool (25 meters long and 12.5 meters wide) with a surface paved with Aurisine marble (approximately 770 m2), and a smaller children's pool.
The property has six electricity poles for a total of 140 users and 2 underground tanks for liquefied petroleum gas (for rent).
There are several buildings built in the Camp. The first is 240 m2 large, built of stone and wood, which has 120 m2 of outdoor space. It also has rooms suitable for a reception, offices and the like.
There are other buildings on the property, 2 buildings are used as a clinic and toilets, and two buildings with showers with hot/cold water, sinks and toilets. The central area, approximately 580 m2, can be used for events, demonstrations, etc.
