This residence, designed by architect Héctor Barroso, achieves a balance between the repetition of materials and its construction system, creating a harmonious blend with the surrounding landscapes and forests, as well as offering a partial view of the lake. A contrasting combination of steel and pine wood is used in the ceilings, and the exterior landscaping creates an architecture that emerges from the site. Importantly, the property features air conditioning and heating in the bedrooms, electric blinds, a Wolf brand grill and stove, a pizza oven, a fully equipped kitchen with Teka and Frigidaire appliances, a 5-zone Wi-Fi sound system with Paradigm speakers, a generator, and more.
