Description
Corte Visconti is located in Via Azzone Visconti, in the heart of Lecco's historic city centre.
The architectural intervention in question consists in the redevelopment of this historic building dating back to the early 20th century, transforming it into a modern, sustainable residential building with new energy efficiency.
The complex is developed in a horseshoe shape with a central courtyard, a green heart in the centre of Lecco. The villa is accessed directly from the inner courtyard.
This beautiful villa has two residential floors in addition to the turret, which is used as a terrace and attic, and a basement with an exclusive cellar and direct access from the garage.
On the ground floor, a charming portico of approx. 29 square metres overlooks the 308 square metre private garden, and the entire living area overlooks the same, composed as follows: large living room with eat-in kitchen and dining area, service bathroom.
From the living area, by means of an elegant staircase clad entirely in oak, like the rest of the house, one enters the sleeping area, which consists of a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom, as well as a further bathroom and laundry room. A generous terrace of about 12 square metres serves the two rooms. From this floor there is then access to the second terrace on the roof of about 15 square metres and to the attic of about 135 square metres with variable height, which is also of exclusive property.
Energy requalification is guaranteed thanks to the presence of a coat, double-glazed windows and doors with solar screens, blackout blinds, and thermal insulation on the roof.
Corte Visconti offers a home automation system of the type ‘Bticino Living Now’ implements the traditional functions of the electrical system.
In the basement there are single and double garages directly connected to the villa, possibility of a lift.
