1. LOCATION
- The apartment is located on the top floor of a newly reconstructed building with three apartments completed in 07/2025. with a view of the sea and the marina.
The distance from the building to the arranged beach with cafes and to the "Podvorska" marina for mooring your own vessels is two and a half minutes of normal walking.
The distance to the center, i.e. the Crikvenica waterfront and promenade is ten minutes on foot.

2. CONSTRUCTION
