Consisting of three bedrooms (one en suite) and three living rooms, this flat is the result of a comprehensive rehabilitation, which favoured the use of noble and authentic materials, such as solid wood and natural stone.
The project introduces a transverse tear between the kitchen, the living rooms and the entrance, creating greater spatial fluidity and luminosity and establishing continuity between the different areas of the house. This gesture translates a contemporary way of inhabiting, where a permeable relationship between light, spaces and their inhabitants is possible.
The house has a clear organisation between the social area, closer to the entrance, and the intimate area, where the bedrooms or the office are located, allowing two distinct areas that can be mutually preserved.
The running balcony reinforces this fluidity and offers a more summery outdoor experience, with new routes and connections between spaces.
Thanks to the triple solar orientation (East/West/South), cross ventilation and unobstructed views, the house is especially bright and airy.
The rehabilitation included thermal insulation on walls and ceilings, as well as the complete replacement of the window frames, now with high-performance double glazing, ensuring comfort and energy efficiency.
