A MEDITERRANEAN REFUGE BETWEEN PINES AND MOUNTAINS.~The essence of this project lies in the perfect integration of architecture and nature in a privileged location just 20 minutes from Palma.~This detached family home with a pool and guest house reinterprets traditional Mallorcan architecture with a contemporary approach that focuses on the connection with the landscape.~The main house consists of two floors. The ground floor houses two en-suite bedrooms, while the upper floor features a bedroom with a bathroom, a study, and a dressing room, creating an intimate and exclusive space. The common areas – living room, dining room, and kitchen – are housed in a single open-plan space with an adjoining laundry room, providing greater spaciousness and spatial flexibility.~The design continues outside with terraces and pergolas, blurring the boundaries between indoors and the landscape and creating inviting environments for outdoor enjoyment. The guesthouse with mountain views offers a separate space with a barbecue area, yoga space, and gym, ensuring well-being and relaxation in a secluded setting.~Here, tradition and modernity blend in a project where light, vegetation, and the warmth of the materials create a unique atmosphere in harmony with the natural surroundings.
