Description
Designed by Marcio Kogan, this seafront house was featured in The New York Times and blends fluidly with the natural landscape of Bahia. Set on a lot of approximately 70,720 sq. ft. with 8,817 sq. ft. of built area, the project uses enclosed spaces only where necessary, prioritizing natural light, ventilation, and continuous transitions between indoor and outdoor areas. Local materials and furnishings interact with a precise structural composition and carefully executed finishes, while the surrounding colors are framed by a neutral palette that highlights the environment. The garden, designed by Isabel Duprat, extends all the way to the sandy shoreline, reinforcing the property’s direct connection to the sea.
