The land is located in consolidated urban areas, in a residential zone of detached buildings.
The adjacent road is paved and has public lighting, telecommunications and public water supply networks, and is also served by public transport.
It is a unique space, with a privileged location next to the Esteiros do Rio Sado and an unusual landscape overlooking the river estuary.
In 2022, a PIP (Preliminary Information Procedure) was requested and approved by the city council for the construction of a residential building with a gross construction area of 3260 m2 and a footprint of 652 m2.
The proposal foresaw the demolition of the existing building and the construction of a collective housing building, divided into three blocks with three floors plus a recessed floor. 14 units were proposed, distributed across the three blocks. Due to the uneven terrain, parking was proposed on level -1 and in the courtyard behind the plot. It includes areas for green spaces and communal equipment.
