You may also travel up to Grand Central Terminal Station on East 42nd Street and catch many of the IRT trains that can take you across the city in a matter of minutes. The building lobby is clean and maintained with its attentive doorman and maintenance crew. Heading into the studio apartment on the 8th floor, you get a clear straight line look from the door to the far end window where there is a terrace. The hardwood floor shined from the natural light that entered. When you enter, to the right there's a good sized closet and linen shelves before you get to the bathroom. The bathroom is standard with the regular fixtures. The living area gives you a great space to be creative and runs into the countertop space that may make for a service area. The kitchen is loaded with white wooden cabinets and stainless steel appliances including a microwave and dishwasher. The terrace is a plus for those who want the experience of getting an outside space to further connect with the city. It can make for a great time. This may go fast.
