Tropic Bay Condo is a 55+ community and tenants must be approved by the HOA and agree to follow the rules and regulations of the Tropic Bay Association. This is a short-term furnished rental with a quiet pool, bbq grill, clubhouse and East of US1 location. From the living room you can see the canal leading towards the Intracoastal waterways and the pool area.
