The House
Interior Description
With approximately 160 m² of living space, the house spreads over two levels and offers spacious rooms thoughtfully designed for the comfort of its guests.
On the garden level, the Provençal-style entrance opens onto a fully equipped kitchen: traditional oven, microwave, induction hob, American fridge with freezer, dishwasher, refrigerated wine cellar, Nespresso and drip coffee machines, kettle, and toaster.
A corridor leads to a large functional laundry room (washing machine, dryer, cleaning supplies, iron and ironing board, hairdryer), as well as a separate toilet.
Next, you'll find a pleasant dining room with a wooden table and six chairs, flowing into a cozy living room equipped with a corner sofa and a smart TV.
Upstairs:
The sleeping area consists of three elegant bedrooms, each with its own bathroom or shower room:
Bedroom 1: two single beds (90 cm), shower room (sink and shower)
