The villa is located 5 minutes walk from the Port de La Rague, between Théoule and La Napoule, where you can rent a boat, a jet ski and other water craft, enjoy beautiful beaches in the bay of Cannes, and savor delicious dishes in excellent restaurants. You can also go to the center of the village of Théoule and that of La Napoule on foot to access shops and other restaurants, bars, and beaches renowned in the region.
