Set in a stunning and characteristic Mediterranean park with cluster pines, oaks and oleanders, the villa is also enriched by 17 acres of land, an olive grove with approximately 360 olive and 40 fruit trees.
The guests and hosts relaxion and conviviality is guaranteed thanks to a private swimming pool with a bar and a separate gym furnished with Technogym tools.
The almost 6000 sq. ft. (550 sq. m.) villa consists of two floors.
On the first floor there is a huge living area with three consecutives sitting rooms, each with a fireplace, and one of them enjoys a view on the swimming pool. There is also a guest bathroom, a dining room with a fireplace, a separate spacious kitchen and a veranda with its own dining room that is possible to use also in the winter season.
The sleeping area on the second floor consists of three double bedrooms, one of which is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two bathrooms and a spacious studio with walk-in closet.
Two separate apartments of 1000 sq. ft. and 645 sq. ft. (100 sq. m. and 60 sq. m.) are set in the annex. Both consists of a living room, a dining room, a separate kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
In the basement there are three parking spaces, the swimming pool technical rooms, an area dedicated to ironing and laundry, and a dressing room with a bedroom and a bathroom.
