We get off the vaporetto to head towards our property, our walk is not only short - given the proximity of the transport - but also very pleasant, allowing us to carefreely walk along Via Lepanto, which connects the Gran Viale with the beaches. About halfway down the street, we take the side street where our villa is located, we arrive in front of the gate and walk along the path that leads us to the entrance: we immediately notice the significant size of the property, divided into three parts: basement, mezzanine, first floor.
