Description
The residence is located in Ippokrateios Politeia, a northern suburb of the Greek capital at the foot of mount Parnitha.
This pine clad area is situated at the edge of the protected National Park of Parnitha. The southeast exposure of the area offers magnificent panoramic views of the Euboean Gulf, the historic plain of Marathon and mount Parnitha.
The build-up area has strict building codes regarding the protection of the residential environment; large plots with pine trees and detached houses and wide streets with minimum traffic. Also, there is a pond nearby with its own ecosystem of fish, ducks, swans and visiting deers from the nearby forests of mount Parnitha.
