The Millennium Palace is the tallest building in Brazil, with 177.3 meters tall and 52 floors. Located at number 2690 of Atlantis Avenue, in the central area of the beach Camboriú in Santa Catarina and opened in August 9, 2014, Millennium Palace surpassed the Lookout Valley, Building Sao Paulo with 170 meters high, which It was by forty-eight years the highest of Brazil. The Millennium Palace was built by the construction company FG and has almost twice the height of the neighboring buildings and was built with high standard materials and technology, adding one of the largest investment values in southern Brazil. The building has one apartment per floor, with ceiling height of 3.5 meters high and a private pool in each apartment overlooking the sea, at a cost of about twelve million reais per apartment and only 4 units available for sale .
