1. General description: Main house with two extra autonomous apartments. Pool with effect of flooding .
Total of 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 2 wc, 1 main kitchen and 2 small ones in the autonomous apartments. There are balconies (open and closed) at all levels and at all sides of the residence, especially constructed for full protection from the north winds.
Location: on the top of a rocky hill between Ornos and Saint John in Mykonos. Overlies of 4 of the most luxurious hotels of the Island located east is “Kivotos” and across Ornos Bay “Santa Marina”, southeast and west are “Saint John” and “Grand Hotel”
Access: private concrete road, from the main road that leads from Ornos to Saint John. Excellent access to the city, to the airport and in general to the island, because of the proximity to the ring road.
View: 360 degrees with emphasis to the city of Mykonos, the Ornos bay and Delos Island.
Construction: Extremely expensive, given that it is placed on the top of a granite hill. External walls, especially extended and covered with stone and “kalderimi style” floors, that is with stone and an essence of the traditional pedestrian small island roads for a perfect integration to the environment.
Special white window frames from Italy replaced the original wooden, for effective protection from the adverse weather conditions
Α. Lower ground level (guest houses, suites and bathrooms): white marble. Β. Upper ground level: wooden (antique wood from old demolition). C. External spaces, pool: stones from Tinos island, all outside areas are “kalderimi style”, made of the island’s stone. Ceilings: covered with wood and decorative beams of “VOUVA”, extra large beams of antique wood from old demolition. Gardening: 15 years old vegetation, with variety of plants, such as cactus, bouzi flowers and bougainvilleas requiring limited water, in protected areas with drip irrigation system. All around the rocks there are stone paths in order to have access. Pool of approx. 70sq.m.: Special construction by FIL-PRO with double pumps and filters, overflow system that gives the impression that the water flows into the sea and overflow tank. The pool was fully renovated in 2008 and two pumps and other basic parts of the installation were replaced. Pool is featuring also Hydromassage system.
