Description
This spectacular house is located in the picturesque region of Boquete. It was built with a lot of attention to detail. It has an interesting colonial look with white, rustic walls, roof tiles, numerous floor to ceiling windows, glass doors and many quaint corners that give the whole house a very unique and attractive appearance.
The house is almost totally surrounded by large covered terraces with beautiful columns. Decorative tiles are embedded the pillars, columns and walls creating a lovely accent with the white walls. The floor is covered with terracotta floor tiles, with colourful accent tiles with interesting designs. There is also a custom barbeque. At the back of the house there is a very spacious gazebo overlooking a small pond and a patio fire pit.
The living/dining room area and the kitchen is very cozy with a built in fireplace designed for the cooler nights of this mountain region.
The kitchen is spacious and very practical, with handmade wooden cabinets, granite countertops and wood floors. To transition from the wooden floor to the terracotta tiles, the owners used blue accent tiles.
The rest of the house is composed of three large bedrooms and two full bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms share a bathroom. The master bedroom has an ensuite, full bathroom and a private sitting area with fireplace. It has a direct access to the beautiful garden.
