The combination of a top quality limestone pebble soil, wide day-time/night-time temperature variances and vast underground water reserves enable the creation of elegant fine wines.

The property has a potential production of over 17ha in AOP Terrassesdu Larzacand more than 28ha in AOP Languedoc. The grape varieties currently planted do not permit the entire production to be classed AOP.

The vines are well-maintained with an average annual yield of 50hl/ha.

Currently the majority of production is sold either bottled or in Bag-in-Box, principally on the French market, representing 55 000 bottle sales and 12 000 Bag-in-boxes (51 and 101).

The property has a regular annual turnover of between 400-420K euros.
