The Apartment has 95 m2, 2 bedrooms, 1 livingroom with open kitchen , 1 bathroom and 1 toilet, all with underfloor heating. The 90 m2 large panoramic terrace has a fantastic view over Lake Zell and the right and left of the most snow-covered mountains. Located in Zell am See on ca 800 meters, the center of Zell am See is a 10-minute walk. Wi-Fi is free throughout the property. Access to the apartment is possible only via a staircase.
The open plan living, kitchen and dining area is furnished with a dining table and 6 chairs, and bar table and 2 bar stools, high quality fitted kitchen, dishwasher & oven, espresso fully automatic coffee machine and a pull-out sofa and a desk. LCD television and music system provide modern home entertainment. The two bedrooms are equipped with box spring beds and wardrobe. The bathroom has a rain shower and bath and there is a separate toilet, a cellar for storage of skis and a washer and dryer.
About 600 m away from the apartment away is the CityXpress cable car, 700 meters from the ski Ebenberg lift and 3.8 km from the Golf Course Zell am See-Kaprun. Free carport is available at the accommodation.

You have access to the basement with washer, dryer and clothes horse, there you can also use the ski room and a seperate lockable bicycle storage available at the carport
Available is a treadmill , an exercise bike and a yoga mat on the terrace, from where you can exercise the workouts under an awning overlooking the gorgeous scenery.
The hot tub is on the terrace, and can accommodate 6 people, also with a view around the mountains. However, this can only be rented from 14 days on and costs 700 euros extra for this period. An advance reservation is required to prepare the clean water in it.
Please note that on the day of arrival, a fixed amount of EUR 1000 will be blocked on your credit card. This is a damage deposit which will be returned within 9 to 30 days after departure and an inspection of the apartments.
