A deep-water pier and float can accommodate a boat up to 35 feet with a 3.5-foot draft. Enjoy use of the heated pool (seasonal), tennis court, and a detached second-floor pool house office with sweeping views of the salt marsh and tall pines.
Outdoor living areas include a hilltop stone terrace with firepit, outdoor shower, hammock, and propane grill. Two kayaks, two paddleboards, and a canoe are available for use. Inside, guests will find central air conditioning, Wi-Fi, television, and laundry.
Sleeps up to five adults. Three bedrooms: two king beds and one queen. Monthly rates: $28,000 July and August; $10,000 May, June, September, and October; $4,000 November through April.
