The nineteenth-century farmhouse with baglio stands on the banks of the river Anapo adjacent to the nature reserve of Ciane close to the mouth of the two rivers and overlooks the natural harbor of Syracuse just 2 kilometers from Ortigia, the city's historic center. The design choice of the above ground pool was made to resume the type of "gebbie", typical cisterns used in Sicily for the collection of water useful for the irrigation of land. A wide lawn and driveway areas made of white gravel, combine the different routes. The ancient bagli have been transformed into large porches paved in Iroko wood.
Emitted the expansion of existing surfaces through the construction of buildings with tourist destinations . By purchasing the adjacent land covering 4.1 hectares it will be possible to build another 20 rooms and the wellness area with a new covered area of ??over 1000 square meters.
