This estate is was created by a furniture designer whose unique designs have been featured in many famous resorts, hotels and private properties in and out of Indonesia. There are three boutique buildings, individually designed and decorated to give each one a unique and special charm. In all entirety, the estate has 7 bedrooms and can sleep up to 15 people.
Main Residence:
The main villa residence is the located at the heart of the estate. Chic and modern, the main residence has two luxurious master bedrooms, each with its own en-suite, open air bathrooms. One bedroom has two single beds, and the other one has a king size bed. Connecting the two bedrooms is a large atelier/office, featuring a dark wood desk and sumptuous leather club chairs; a perfect space for you and your peers to host an engaging conversation or to plug away while in paradise. All the rooms have floor to ceiling windows which bring in plenty of natural light and offer unobstructed view to the lush green space of our estate. On clear days, you will have direct view to the Mount Agung from your balcony, the Mother Mountain for the Balinese.
The north side building combines the best of both worlds. Here, classic Indonesian architecture (Limasan are the traditional buildings of Java and South Sumatra, an ancient heritage rooted as early as the 13th century) meets stylish Scandinavian interior design and decor.
We have three bedrooms with king size beds in this building, each is uniquely designed and decorated, complete with their own en-suite, open air washrooms. The middle bedroom is especially unique with its five-meter high ceiling and its centuries-old oriental bed frame.
There is a long shared deck with lounge chairs and sitting corners, perfect for you to soak up the sun, relax away with your books, or to enjoy afternoon tea with your friends or loved ones.
The south building is the most private quarter in the estate. It features a sole bedroom with a king size bed, complete with its own spacious office desk, and a charming open-air bathroom. In front of the bedroom, we have an oversized deck with a lounge area which could comfortably host a group, and a round breakfast table that sits four. This building is spacious and private, yet its large deck with its gorgeous tropical backdrop could also function as a great hangout spot for your group.
The infinity swimming pool is 25m long and it’s framed by the rolling lawn and tropical greenery, and it’s set against the steep edge of the gorge so you can soak in the dramatic scenery while relaxing in the pool.
Down by the river a newly built world class gym and yoga pavilion has been completed offering one of the most serene places exercise the mind and body.
