The sophisticated, Tuscan-style, beach front palace was designed by the famous and prominent American architect, Jack Schultz. The plans were then modified and supervised by the highly respected and prominent Brazilian architect Joao Lauro. Both architects did a great job in creating this one of a kind estate. The design maximizes the breath taking ocean views as well as the mountain views of little Corcovado mountain. Construction began in 2003 and was completed in 2006.
The home has many romantic balconies. Only the finest materials were used in the construction and the final finishes. Italian porcelain floors throughout, some of the finest Italian Travertine marble, granite and decorative stone all hand picked and placed. Some of the finest Brazilian hardwoods were used, including; Ipa, Mahogany, and Cherry. All of the windows and doors were custom designed and made for the home, each one is a work of art, complete with locks and screens all made of special anodized aluminum.
