We can say that the interior design of this house was born in the process of its creation. Architect Vadim Aksenov, together with the professionals of the Asnov creative workshop, neatly combined different, sometimes incompatible styles in one space, which as a result led to absolute harmony in these incredible combinations. The resulting interior can be described as an interior without rules or, more precisely, an interior created according to your rules, where a classic with a splash of modern solutions was taken as a basis. So on the first floor, passing through the corridor with built-in wardrobe areas, you immediately find yourself in a spacious living room with a fireplace and huge windows, the daylight of which makes the room sunny and bright. The living room - the dining room smoothly passes into the kitchen, keeping the space open, but slightly separated by a huge worktop that adorns the transition from the dining room to the kitchen. From the kitchen there is a small utility room, which is perfect for household utensils. Also, on the first floor there is a SPA-zone with a swimming pool (15x5 m, depth 2.5 m) and 3 baths (Finnish, Russian and Hammam). A wide spiral staircase leads to the second floor, where there are 4 bedrooms with balconies overlooking the open terrace and spacious bathrooms, equipped with shower cabins and all the necessary fixtures and furniture - the master, guest and two children. We pay special attention to the ergonomics and layout of the space, which give the interior comfort, convenient for life. Ground floor can not be ignored! There is a very large dressing area, a huge game room (rest room), laundry room, bathroom, utility rooms. In the other wing of the floor there are technical rooms and a boiler room. The house is sold unfurnished, but you can purchase furniture. PS: The project of this house received a silver medal at the competition GOLDEN CAPITAL in 2012.
