Riviera Villas Club
Riviera Villas is primarily a club community – a place which involves people with common values, interests, lifestyle and even pastime! We implemented the open space concept and created a seasonal club of family leisure time for the residents and friends of Riviera Villas. The territory of our club includes two heated outdoor swimming pools, a summer bar, and cozy lounge zones, sports and playing areas for kids and adults, an equipped beach and a berth for water vehicles. You will definitely find a good company here and discover activities to your liking!

Nestled on the Dnepr bank in the natural oasis with a unique microclimate, Riviera Villas will bring you completely new emotions! You will have an opportunity to run away from the everyday bustle and relax in a calm and pleasant atmosphere on the white sand beaches in Riviera style. Two-level beach zones are equipped with modern deckchairs, shower rooms and changing rooms – you are at the resort!
Preschool and everything for kids
Kids’ happiness is the most important thing for their parents. We help them to create conditions for kids’ growth and development in Riviera Villas! Preschool for education, kids’ playgrounds for joy, parking zones, green lawns and beaches for walks and, always fresh air for health – all the best things for kids! Our preschool Clever Kids is focused on the kids’ knowledge and skills acquisition necessary for the making up of a successful personality. Mini-marina
You can reach Riviera Villas by boat through an exhilarating 25-minutes journey via the Dnepr river from the Riverside station in Podol. The professionally trained personnel will moor your boat on one of the three special berths and provide you with all the necessary assistance. In the cold season, we will offer you the services of the winter parking place for water vehicles.

This house combines a family room, dining, and kitchen in a common open-space area calling for a custom-made interior solution.
