The castle is easily accessible via the A8 and A96. Munich is a good hour's drive away. A small airfield is located in the immediate vicinity. Use as a seminar and conference hotel, senior citizen residence, multi-generation project, wellness hotel, location for wedding celebrations. An old tree lined with beech trees leads to the enchanting castle grounds. We walk through the gate, which is framed by two side wings, into the spacious courtyard overlooking the main castle. To the right, the castle courtyard is closed off by the Prince building and the stables, on the left hand side, the castle wall and the warehouse block the complex. We continue past the library with the charming tower, opposite there are farm buildings, probably the oldest part of the castle. Across the bridge we reach the main building and pass through the imposing door into a hall that leads into the courtyard of the main castle, which is framed by the two side wings and the castle wall. From this hall we can reach the chapel on the left, or on the right in the entrance hall with its wall paneling, in which old engravings are incorporated that show hunting and riding scenes. On the red carpet, there is an impressive oak staircase to the 1st and 2nd floor of the castle. Here, on parquet floors made of fine woods, we find room escapees lined up with elaborate tiled stoves and open fireplaces in the salon or the workrooms. From here you also have a magnificent view over the valley, as the castle is located on a hill.
