Which is? It is an impressive farm offering many possibilities for projects in agriculture and / or tourism. The farmhouse consists of a granite house, a two storey wine cellar (about 65 m²), a storage and other utility room (80 m²), a second smaller house, bird houses and several barracks. Accessibility is good through a flat dirt path of about 600m. Santa Ovaia has some cafes and a small supermarket. In Oliveira do Hospital, about 8 km away, you will find all the essential services such as shops, supermarkets, post office, banks, health services, small hospital, schools, library, restaurants and weekly market. Coimbra is about 70 km away.
