The building was renovated in 1841 and finally restored by the current owner in 1978, in its present state the building gives the impression of having been restored in the fashion of the 19th century.
The building, with two separate entrances, one from the front of the Palace and the other from the garden, rises on three floors above ground and a basement below.
This basement, overlooking the internal garden, contains a charming apartment, a kitchen with a large fireplace, a bedroom, a small living room, a storage room and a bathroom; in addition to four rooms, three rooms used as cellars, with vaulted ceilings and wooden beams, and a studio with a beautiful 18th century fireplace, with a wooden beam ceiling.
