Also on the 1st floor and towards the street there are 4 places each with its bathroom electric substation with dry transformer at medium voltage, room with bathroom machines for employees and main staircase. Through the Zaguan you have access to 2 mezzanines joined by a bridge that are currently used as private offices of the owner. 2 floor or noble floor: access to it from the main staircase that unloads in the vestibule of second floor. On this floor there is the main living room, the dining room, the kitchen, auxiliary bathrooms for the dining room and living room. Also 4 bedrooms each with its bathroom. Solid wooden staircase in spiral that communicates from the second floor with mezzanine in which there are 2 additional bedrooms with their bathrooms and then continues to the lookout that has kitchenette.
