Also on this floor we find another lounge which has direct access to another open Naya which is connected with the pool (11x4.5m) and surrounded by large terraces. The whole house has air conditioning throughout (first and lower floor) and in the basement floor there are two single air conditioning machines and, besides this, there is also central heating in the two main floors (gas bottles).
