Integrated in the Wine Region classified by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site, this Quinta is located 10 minutes from Peso da Régua, 15m from Lamego and 1h 30m from Porto International Airport.
Farm with excellent views over the Douro River, in the municipality of Lamego, Viseu.
On terraces and terraces, with two houses and a warehouse. A T3 house with living room, kitchen and 3 bathrooms, and a T2 house with living room, kitchen and a bathroom. The warehouse supporting agricultural activity has 156 m2.
It produces around 85 barrels of Douro wine, of which 27 have the right to produce Port wine (Benefit). It has several olive trees with an estimated production of 2000L of oil. Several fruit trees surround the farm.
