The villa is surrounded on three sides by a large private garden which overlooks the suggestive panorama of the Porto Rotondo beach.
Inside we are greeted by a large living room, directly overlooking the panoramic terrace, equipped kitchen, four bedrooms and four bathrooms, laundry room and storage room. The large outdoor spaces, such as the patio and the garden, are equipped to welcome families and guests for moments of conviviality, leisure and relaxation.

Possibility of accessing the Marina Piccola Sailing Centre, an exclusive and private beach, access to which is permitted only to the owners of the Punta Lada residences and their guests.
