In every single structural measure, the heritage of old Viennese architecture has been preserved and at the same time space has been created for modern requirements. The building is a listed building. In cooperation with the monument protection authorities, the language of the building was preserved, but now it has a very unique and new "sound". For example, windows, door handles and even hinges were restored and reused. They are therefore original kk "furniture" - and all in a very modern setting. The building is characterized by a spacious entrance door and the elaborate stucco work, high ceilings (4 m) and windows (double glazing) as well as three historic runs of the main staircase and a spacious inner courtyard. The wall thickness is up to 80 cm and the lighting is optimal on all floors, as the building is separated.
