There is a full team of dedicated staff and service providers that can continue to serve any new owners. These would include, for example, a property manager and concierge, gardener and maintenance person, housekeepers, drivers, and private chefs. If the new owner wanted to continue running the rental business from one or both of the homes on the estate, it would cover the annual maintenance cost and bring in a yearly income.
